Each user receives full IT Support and Cyber Security protection. This includes full device protection, data backup, antivirus, EDR, SAT (security awareness training), enterprise level password management software, dark web monitoring. Everything your business needs to be compliant and secure.
Monthly cost for additional office locations after the primary one.
We ensure that additional offices, their networking equipment and IT infrastructure and covered to the same level and security as your primary office.
If all workers are home based, do not worry, there is no additonal charge for each user.

Where your business still has dedicated servers for certain tasks we ensure these are covered. We include the first server within our standard monthly cost, and charge for each additional server.

For businesses further afield, most support can still be handled remotely. Where an on-site visit is needed, we provide it at a discounted hourly rate for our supported clients.
This means you still get the benefit of fixed-price day-to-day IT support, with clear and fair pricing if in-person help is ever required.
